A Conveyancing Assistant opportunity dealing with volume conveyancing for financial institutions has arisen within one of the UK’s Top 100 law firms. The successful candidate would be principally working with 1 or 2 fee earners, supporting the growing team.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of residential property, with a strong knowledge and understanding of:
·The Residential conveyancing process
·Land Registration practice
·Anti-money laundering regulations
·The successful candidate will have strong time management skills being able to meet deadlines and support various team members.
·Strong IT skills and excellent literacy skills with a strong attention to detail.
·Solutions focussed and able to use own initiative and an awareness for when needs to seek guidance.
·Able to communicate with a wide range of audiences, adapting their style as needed to ensure information is shared, concise and recorded accurately.
